Homemade Chocolate Chunks

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

2 Tbsp. powdered milk or powdered coconut milk

3 Tbsp. Agave

2 tsp. nonhydrogenated shortening(spectrum brand)

Makes about half cup full.

Break chocolate into chunks and add shortening. Microwave 35 sec. Stir. Heat in 1o sec. intervals until melted. Remember to stir after every time.

Dump dry ingred. in. Stir with spatula until smooth. It will look clumpy at first, but it will smooth out.

Pour into a pan lined with parchment or pour onto a gallon size ziploz bag and spread flat. put on a plate and put in Freezer until firm. take out and chop into small chunks. - Lyndsie
