Potato Soup and Rolls

This is a family favorite. Especially on a cold winter day. 

Boil until tender. 10 minutes
6 to 10 potatoes peeled and chopped-
Drain water. Add milk an inch above the potatoes. Do Not Boil once milk has been added. Just warm.  

Boil until tender. Add to potatoes.
1 onion (diced)
5 carrots (
5 celery stocks (diced)
2 cups of corn

Stir in slowly corn starch to thicken. 

Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley and larys season salt to taste. 

I got this recipe for these rolls from this website an oregon cottage.They turned out so yummy. I'm definitely going to make these again.
