This is one of my favorite side dishes to make. It is so easy, healthy and yummy. My kids always pile this one high on their plates. Especially my son Koby.
My faves in this salad are... bananas, apples, strawberries, grapes, mandarin oranges, and pomegranates.
On special occasions I will put my whipped cream (agave is the sweetener) in it.
**To keep the apples and bananas from turning brown soak them in lemon juice before putting them in your salad!**
