Hello sisters, This recipe is a keeper. I got it off of pinterest (of course). With a few changes (to the sweeteners) it is a dessert we can eat. Try it. So so yummy! - Melissa
ingredients:
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 cup whole wheat/white flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1/2 cup coconut crystals
1 large egg
zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

For the icing: (Drizzle on top of donuts)
juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
1 1/2 cups Xylotol (haven't tried it yet but I think agave could work as well)
1 Tbls of cornstartch to thicken
