Lyn and Jess- This recipe came from my twin sisters-in-law (Janae and Janene). When they were in college they took turns making meals for everyone that lived in their appartment. This was one of their favorites. It has become one of our favorites as well. It is very creamy and you can never go wrong with Ritz crackers. I love quick meals that taste good and this is definately one of them. Try it! I know that you and your famillies will love it. - Melissa
