Chicken Fajitas

This recipe is a family favorite. Making everything from scratch takes a little more time but tastes so amazing!! So worth it! - Melissa
2 c. flour (Spelt, wheat or white)
1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 t. coconut oil/ butter
3/4 c. milk (warm) - slowly add

Kneed for 3 minutes. Then let sit in a bowl for 5 minutes with a damp towel coving it to keep the dough moist. Make into your balls and begin to flatten. Ryan (my husband) rolled over the dough as seen below and then would pick up the dough and turn it 45 degrees and roll over it again. This process helps the tortilla to be round. Bake in your pan until it starts to bubble then turn over until more bubbling and turn over one more time.

Ryan helping roll out the tortillas!
