Chocolate Donuts - Need we say more!!

Making donuts is my new favorite thing. So easy and so yummy!! Lyndsie and I worked on this recipe together. They turned out so dang good!! Can't even tell they are sugar free. Melissa & Lyndsie.

Donut Recipe...
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup agave
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp. dried buttermilk powder
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 Tbsp. water

Using a pastry bag or a steady hand and a spoon, fill each donut cup with the batter.Heat oven to 350. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.Dump out of pan and let cool.

Chocolate Frosting...
2 ounces of 100% Unsweetened Chocolate
2 tsp. Coconut oil
3 tbsp. Agave ( or to taste)
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp. Whipping Cream or Milk (doesn't matter what fat content)

Put chocolate and coconut oil in microwave bowl. Microwave 35 seconds and stir. Keep doing this until melted. Careful not to burn it. Then add Vanilla, Agave, and Whipping Cream or Milk. You want a silky, creamy, consistency. You might have to stir for a while.
YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS
:1. gO FoR a MoRe tHiCk FrOsTiNg: in that case leave this recipe as is and stir for awhile until it gets thick. Then spread with knife like regular frosting.

2. Go fOr A mOrE RuNnY GlAzE: in that case add some more milk or whip cream till desired consistancy is reached. Then dip one side of donut into chocolate, flip over and put on a plate. I put mine in the freezer for 2-3 min then left on counter for my family to enjoy.:)
