1 cup each, butter and honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Cinnamon Topping:
2 Tbls each: Xylitol and cinnamon
Cream together first group of ingredients. Then mix in next group. You want the dough to not stick to your fingers. Add more flour until at the right consistancy. Form dough into little balls and roll into the cinnamon topping mixture. Bake for 375 for 8-10 minutes. They are best when lightly browned.
