The Best Banana Cake

This recipe is one that my husband's family loves. When my mother in law makes this it is gone within hours. I wanted to see if it would still be good with agava as the sweetner and it ROCKED!! Yeah, I was so excited. My kids and I couldn't get enough. I think my husband only got to eat a couple slices. If you are not allergic to sugar try it with because it is heavenly!! - Melissa

3/4 C. Shortening
2 C. Agava
3 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Mashed ripe bananas (3 large)
1/3 C. Sour Cream, buttermilk, milk, or whipping cream
1 1/2 t. Soda (use 1 tsp. only when using milk)
2 1/2 C. Flour (white or whole wheat)
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. Vanilla

Bake in greased and flour pan.

Bake at 400' for 15 minutes
350' for 25 minutes
