I made this for dinner the other night. It was so easy to put together and I got such a great response from my family. If you are like me with lots of zucchini in your garden or needing something yummy to complete a meal. Try this!! - Melissa
Mix Together
3 Eggs
1 c. Oil
2 c. Coconut sugar, or Honey
Add
1 t. Salt
3 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Baking Powder
2 c. Raw graded zucchini (take out seeds if too big)
3 c. Whole wheat flour
350 1 hour
makes 2 loaves.
