Makes small batch (16 tiny cookies, 10 average size cookies)
¼ c. milk
2 T. cocoa powder
2 T. sugar (honey) – I tried Stevia and it was so gross. or try agave or coconut crystals
¼ c. peanut butter
2 tsp. olive oil
- Add milk, cocoa, honey in saucepan on low heat. Stir often until blended. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat add peanut butter and stir into mixture until melted.
- Stir in oatmeal and oil
- Drop on wax paper.
My sister likes to freeze these. Whenever she is craving chocolate she will eat one or two. These got her through the first weeks of no sugar.
