Chocolate Cake


2 ¼ c. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

½ tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp baking soda

½ c. butter melted or coconut oil

½ c. water

1 c. agave or 1 1/2c. coconut crystals

1 c. apple sauce unsweetened

2 eggs

¼ c. cocoa

¾ tsp baking powder


Whip Cream Topping… mix

whipping cream

agave

1 tsp. Vanilla


Whip together to make Whipping Cream. I don't recommend frosting the whole cake. It will make it soggy. Just put a couple of dollop's on individual servings. - Melissa
